I'm a big fan of these too! I'm working periodically on part 3 of the Physical Therapy series, but in the meantime I created this: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=19703

If you roll correctly you may end up having to do some exercises!

Well, if I'm allowed to make some wishes:

• planks
• situps
• using dumbbells
• nipple clamps (maybe to wear while doing some of the exercise, but never longer than 20 minutes at a time)
• maybe some spanking
• and lots of stroking and edging inbetween
