Hello sissies and girls, you begged me for a second day at the gym. And I have seen some of you have a lot of work to do before deserving my attention, so let's get started!

As I told you last time, today is all about cardio and leg training. So get ready!

For this particular training you will need :

2 clothespins
1 hairbrush or wooden spoon

For sissies only :
1 water bottle
1 rope/shoelace

For girls only :
2 clamps with attachable weight or at least 4 more clothespins

Optional :
1 Camera
1 Sharpie
