It is overlooked in some places (like Amsterdam) but it is officially illegal everywhere

Actually it's not.

In Amsterdam it's legal (Not overlooked) to use pure marijuana in the coffeeshops, however you can only buy 5 grammes per customer under Dutch law.
And then the best bit - It is illegal to smoke a joint that contains tobacco in the coffeeshops unless they have a specially sealed off smoking area due to the no smoking in public places law that got introduced. Madness.

People tend to take issues involving the advocation of drug use seriously.

And although this sight is very much about freedom of expression and exploration of self, 'Milovana' as a site cannot be see to tolerate the advocation of marijuana use. It's nothing to do with how we, the users, feel about it.

Actually it is illegal in the Netherlands, but there is a "gedoog"-policy. which is an official policy, which states that someone who uses the substance (any softdrugs) will not be prosecuted (unless some other laws interfere like driving under the influence of drugs). Which does basicly mean that it is legal unless you carry around kilo's of the stuff.

Germany and Belgium actually mantain this same policy, but a lot stricter, specially when it comes to sale points. Mexico allows personal uses up to 5 gramms and in Uruguay use is legal.

Anyhow, talk around it seems a legal and proof option to me.

My summation is

No we should not have the tease unless we allow it.

The use of the drug is illegal world wide except under certain caveats that may or may not be enforced.

Finally this is a stupid debate unless of course you take it seriously.

Ultimately Seraph0x owns this site and he would rather we advocate legalisation rather than use.

Look, I'm glad there is somebody on here saying: Guys, don't take yourselves too seriously. And perhaps there is a bit of self-importance in how we discuss these matters.

But the bottom line is, we discuss these things seriously because we want to do the right thing, both legally and ethically.

Which is what I said.

Their "gedoogbeleid" policies on soft drugs seems to me to make more sense. I mean how many times do you open a paper in the morning and see an article about some guy's who've been on weed and gone postal? And then compare that with the amount of articles that you'll see about alcohol related violence or deaths.

Makes you wonder if certain other substances should be controlled a little better until society learns to control it's self. Then again, the idiots always find a way to ruin it for the rest of us so who knows.

There is no law that stops you from writing fantasy stories on an internet website. Even if hypothetically someone had something against it, there would be no legal way to do anything about it.

The problem isn't with writing a story about it. The problem would be with writing a tease witch included the use of the substance as an instruction.
