I was thinking about writing a tease involving smoking marijuana. Personally I've always been a fan of smoking before pleasuring myself but, weed is illegal in certain parts of the world. I was just wondering if there are any rules on milovana pertaining to writing teases with material of this kind.

i thought this was a community based on open mindedness <----if that's a word...anyways, i say post a tease with whatever subject you want! just like any other tease, it will be rated, if its too low then you know it wasnt that great, but if it gets good rating then you know it was fine. and just like any other tease, it's up to the participant whether or not he/she does everything that is asked.. weed being no exception.. i will not be the one to tell you not to write it b/c you like weed... just write it and see what happens.. although i look up to you sexual choc/ (damn i cant remember what your name used to be) but i beleive that we should allow whatever tease wants to be posted and let the ratings SHINE... not one biased person who is gonna request it be removed...give me a break, damn

I have championed people writing innovative teases, even ones I don't like!
But We do NOT do Child porn- because it's illegal
I think that sets a president
I give Major points for asking!
I know we wish for a world where everything was embraced with open mindedness
But I was being realist; We do not live in such a world.
I am not 100% sure how Administrators feel on the subject, and I am Not an administrator

Tell you what You find One single country that has it Legal (not just overlooked but LEGAL)
and then you can place the fantasy in that country, but last I checked no such place exists,

Are the Laws wrong? I am not here to debate that, I personally think Tobacco is way more dangerous, but that's my option, NOT law.

While the use of marijuana is illegal, people have written about it. For instance, there's the magazine High Times.

Marijuana use also appears in movies. Up In Smoke, Dazed and Confused, and How High immediately come to mind.

A few of the songs about marijuana include "Roll It Up, Light It Up, Smoke It Up" by Cypress Hill, "Vapors" by Snoop Dogg, "Purple Haze" by Jimi Hendrix, "Smokin'" by Boston, and "It's So Nice To Be Stoned," by White Witch.

Finally, there are numerous websites about different aspects of marijuana.

While I have no problems with drugs.

I am against encouraging someone to start taking them
As well as tobacco and alcohol

All of these I have tried I the past.

With this in mind I fail to see how a tease could be written that did not extol the benefits of taking marijuana as a pleasure amplifier.

And so encouraging its use.

I think that in the czech republic, posession of small amounts of cannabis (and many other drugs) isn't illegal, I'm not sure though

I don't see the problem, though. There are teases on here that play with the incest-theme and some with an underage-theme. Just take a look at this tease: http://www.milovana.com/webteases/showtease.php?id=6627 The girl says that she is 16 and talks about how her private parts looked when she was 13. Now, the model looks very young but most probably is over 18, but the tease obviously uses the whole "teenagers discovering their sexuality"-imagery and to me, that's creepy and I'd prefer these to be removed from the site. I couldn't care less about cannabis though, a lot less problematic to me compared to incest and sexual relations with teenagers.

Personally, I'm not a fan of smoking or anything illegal or unhealthy. But I am a fan of freedom... free speech and doing what pleases... as long as it is within the boundaries of legality. I don't think it's a good idea to post something of illegal activity here to jeapardize this fabulous, one-of-a-kind site.

That being said, I think you can perhaps write a tease that might be less 'under the magnifying glass' or with illegal activity... like instructing the reader just to smoke and perform whatever action. Just don't say what the readers are to be smoking. The pot-smoking types will prob already assume you mean smoking illegal substances, but you haven't come out and said it. This way there is no promoting of illegal substances on the site. You CAN say things without actually saying them, right? i.e. "Take your favorite smoke and stroke to an edge while inhaling and holding it in"

Also, maybe you can put something in your tease that states you have another version, and whomever is interested can pm you. Not that I've tried it yet, but I understand that teases can be written and sent to individual people & not put on public display. Those interested in pot smoking could pm you and they would be the only recipients of your tease and not made public. Maybe? Just a thought. Please just don't do anything that might jeopardize this site!

In California for example, personal use is no longer a criminal matter. We have dispensaries all over the city now (there are way too many of them lol)

I support personal RECREATIONAL use.
I do not support the following: (No particular order)
1. Involuntary intoxication.
2. The use of mind altering drugs during potentially dangerous activities. (A lot of BDSM activities imo should not include such usage as it impairs judgment.
3. Illegal distribution--that is selling it without a license to do so.
4. Solicitation to purchase.
5. ANY use by ANYONE who is not agreeing to use of their own free will without ANY coercion whatsoever.

Tease deleted, account suspended. This is BLATANTLY against our policies, we don't allow illegal content obviously, but beyond that we also explicitly state "fictional characters must be over 18" on the Create Tease page.

This site depends on you to report violations against our terms, we have no other way to manage the amount of stuff posted here.

As for the marijuana issue: Milovana complies with a whole bunch of US jurisdictions for technical reasons and as long as cannabis is a Schedule I narcotic it is indeed illegal to advocate it's use. You can advocate legalization, but not use, no matter how many states decriminalize it. That's my layman's understanding.

We are legally a "bulletin board", so you are liable for your own content and I am not a lawyer, so I can't give you advice on what's legal and what isn't. That said, we would probably have to delete any tease that is reported to advocate cannabis use, even if it is somewhat veiled. Sorry.

If I were you I'd do a series of teases advocating the heck out of legalization, then maybe we can stop this nonsense.

While technically untrue, it's true for all practical purposes yes.

Also, one could of course make a distinction between talking about drugs (legal) vs. encouraging its use (illegal in most places), but that's obviously a policy decision and I completely understand and support the site not wanting to mess with that slippery slope at all.
