OT now, kind of :-p

You have a few options to "restrain yourself".
- The mechanical way: chastity devices of various kind.
- The chemical way: anaphrodisiacs and antiandrogens (possibly quite drastic, funny side effects and usually prescription only), booze (but may have the opposite effect), tobacco (if you would like to experience the thrill of cancer), and a few others.
- The mental way: hypnosis, meditation and exercising self control come to mind.

Still, there is actually a healthy, scientifically proven and non damaging way to naturally decrease your sex drive: SPORT, lots of it. Watch how the main character in "Secretary" copes with his issues

If you really believe that you have an issue, you should see someone and at the very least try to regain some balance in your life.

For my part, the greatest aspect of this is actually having to mentally, voluntarily restrain yourself.

Using CBs and the like is the "easy" way out, allowing you to release the mental self-control. In many ways just as frustrating of course, but easier in terms of not having to control the mental aspect yourself.

So my best advise is to sit down, on your own, and think it through properly: Why do I want to do this? What is my goal? Choose a clear, quantifiable goal that lets you clearly know when you have reached it or not.

This makes it a lot easier to exercise the self-control you need.

I wondered where you disappeared to I didn't know you had a girlfriend or is it a recent thing?

As for the no pleasuring, why not buy a chastity device?... Has she offered to you a reward if you manage not to pleasure yourself? I think you'd just make yourself manage not to touch if you really wanted to please her!
