What's a reasonable amount of time for post-orgasm torture?

Been kicking around this idea for quite a while and I finally have the gear I need to do it, a Venus 2000 and a harness to hold it in place. Harness is still in the mail but should be here in a week or two. I also have a nice (and safe, mind you) self-bondage setup I can lock myself in. The idea is as soon as I start cumming, I set the timer on the keys for a predetermined amount of time with the Venus still pumping away. The only question is for how long and at what speed.

The longest I've kept it turned on post-orgasm was 3 minutes at maybe a "fast" speed (not max), and I've tried several times now. It wasn't too bad especially sensation-wise, like it would be hard to call it torture, but I am still prettty sensitive. If I clear my mind I can handle it pretty easily but eventually I lose the mood and get tired of manually holding it in place, so I turn the setup off. I'll probably be more turned on and sensitive if I'm locked with no way out, but who knows, that's part of the fun.

A randomized timer would indeed be interesting, though I don't think I'd do it on this first go-around until I'm very sure there's enough lube to last as long as I'll be forced to. I would also have to get a different lock setup, right now I'm using a kitchen safe with a key inside (tether to something on the outside). I've had my eye on these Magbound locks and their smart timer for a while now...

Sorry for the delay in following up, but the harness has unfortunately been stuck in customs for almost four weeks now.

Also, it seems the majority of votes are at 5 minutes with 4 strokes per second, each one up and one down. I actually managed to achieve this on my own without any restraints, so now I'm considering making it even worse for myself. It wasn't exactly torturous, more just uncomfortable. Is keeping that speed and doubling the time a dumb idea? Not sure yet...

It is much more tortuous to have the Venus go slow after orgasm, you don't get as much stimulation for very long at fast speeds after you cum.
Going slow will drive you crazy longer. You will get used to the fast speed much sooner.
And yes you will come again if you just keep going.
I'd say try both fast and slow and see how it goes.

Thanks for the tip. I did manage to go the 5 minutes on my own, I really would just like the self-bondage to be something I can't do without it. It feels a little cheap going away from the poll results at this time though, but I also want the first experience to be something exciting and unknown.

What's slow enough to go crazy? 2x/seconds (each one up and down) for 15 minutes post-orgasm? Or longer/shorter/faster/slower?
