Since you seem very eager to do some stroking I will give you one of my favorite games to play which should ensure quite a lot of that!
You will play a game I like to call the Pyramid game! This game is split into 2 sections, namely pyramid stroking and pyramid edging! To start the game you will need a metronome and a stopwatch or ideally a tabata timer!
Now for the first part of the game, the pyramid stroking you will set up the tabata timer to two 1 second intervals followed by two 2 second intervals then two 3 second intervals and so on all the way until two 10 second intervalls then go back down by setting up two 9 second intervalls then two 8 second intervalls and so on all the way back down to the two 1 second intervalls and put that on a loop! That might sound a little complicated but just bear with me! You will start by stroking once in the first 1 second intervall and then take your hands off during the second 1 second intervall then stroke twice and take your hands off for 2 seconds and so on until you stroke 10 times during the initial 10 second intervall and then take your hands off for the following 10 seconds! Set a metronome to 60 bpm to get a feeling for how fast you should be stroking when you are allowed to do your subsequent strokes! If you can't get a tabata timer to work just check your stopwatch and follow the pattern of stroking at 60 bpm once then taking your hands off for one second then twice followd by a two second no touch and so on all the way up to 10 strokes and a 10 second break and then all the way back down again then rinse and repeat! Now the catch to this game is that you will have to guess before you start playing how many rounds it will take you to edge from this, one round being complete once you are back to stroking once and a 1 second break! How close you are with that guess will affect the dificulty of the edging pyramid!
Once you have edged from the pyramid stroking it is time for pyramid edging! This one should be a little easier to explain! All you need to do is edge in quick succession with ever decreasing breaks! You will start with a regular edge followed by a 60 second break! Then you will do 2 edges in quick succession(5 second breaks or preferably less!) and then take a 50 second break! Next will be 3 edges followed by a 40 second break and so on until you get to 6 rapid fire edges and a 10 second break after which you will go back down again, by doing 5 quick edges and taking a 20 second break after and so on until you reach the single edge again! Then the accuracy of your guess from the pyramid stroking comes into play! If you managed to correctly guess the round that made you edge you will be done after that one edging pyramid and simply deny yourself and report back to me! Should your guess have been off however you will have to complete an additional edging pyramid per round you were off by! So if for example you guessed that it would take you 3 rounds to edge but it actually took you 5 you would have to do the edging pyramid all the way from 1 to 6 edges and back down again two more times! After you are done with all your pyramids deny yourself and report back to me!
