Of course there is a catch however! You have to achive this via one of the following two methods! Now even if you go for longer then 5 minutes with your stroking method continue until you edge and of course stop if you edge early! Also note down your time as it will determine how the rest of the session pans out! The amount of edges you will do today depends on how close to your target time you managed to get! You will have to do 1 edge for every second you were off by. So if you edge at 5:30 thats 30 edges! Should you miss the mark by more then 1 minute you will not have to do more then 60 edges but instead do 50 and hold them for 15 seconds each! Increase the time held for those 50 edges by an additional 15 second per additional 30 seconds off the 5 minutes! So if you edge at 3:25 That would be 50 edges held for 30 seconds each at 6:10 you would hold them for 15 seconds! Also for every 10 seconds you strayed from the 5 minute edging goal you will have to punch your balls once after every edge!
