Quick note: I just got a message about a few accounts that weren't restored this morning - here's what happened.

The database enforces everybody to have a unique name, so if somebody (including yourself) registered with your exact username while the database was broken, that name was now taken, so when I ran the restore those old accounts were conflicting and therefore quietly ignored. I have now fixed this by renaming the newer conflicting accounts.

What this means for you...

...if you registered a new account using your same exact name: Your old account is now back. Your new account still exists (with a 2 at the end, e.g. "masterstroke2"), but you can ignore it and just use your old one.

...if you newly registered in the last few days: If your chosen username was actually already taken, your username now has an extra "2" at the end. If you'd like to change your username please send me a PM.

I still have a funky error seraph.

The inbox notification next to my control panel link says "1 new message" yet when I look within, nothing...nadda...zippo. I've read every message in my inbox and ether deleted it or left it for a future reference point.

Ran a query to recalculate the number of new PMs for all accounts. Let me know whether that fixed it!
