"Houseboy" Servant Living Agreement

I would love to hear your thoughts on this agreement I just wrote up for a male living with a group of girls as a servant. (Moreso, I would love to find the balls to propose it to a girl). They say you have to want it more than you're afraid of it, and I'm still working on that! Anyway, nothing too legal, just a way to communicate an idea. Cheers!


Living Agreement

This agreement is to be made between friends or acquaintances, decidedly compatible to share a space as roommates, who would like to add a level of excitement and exploration to their day to day lives. Above all, this is to be a game played out at times between willing, open-minded individuals, behind closed doors.

A male roommate, playing the role of servant, lives in apartment with a female or females in exchange for the following:

Servant must ask permission anytime he wishes to cum. Female roommates may tease, arouse, and deny him permission as they wish. Any approved orgasms will be granted in a manner dictated by the female roommates.
Any resulting sexual frustration will be exploited for the females' amusement, and further obedience of the servant. Overall, time that could be spent pleasuring himself could and should be used to pleasure the females. Females agree not to drive him completely mad (only a little!).
This may be explored further from a tantric perspective, including meditation and yoga, fueled in some ways by the closeness of roommates and accompanying buildup of sexual energy.
Female roommates may assign a dress code and otherwise choose outfits for the servant to wear, for any time he is home and assuming other guests are not present. If the females wish, the servant must remain naked at all times within the apartment. At times, the servant may be ordered to wear embarrassing clothing or outfits otherwise chosen by roommates.
Female roommates may dictate the servant's posture and method of moving around in the apartment. On specific days the servant may be forced to walk on his knees, crawl, or slither on his stomach for the roommates' amusement.
Certain guests such as female friends of roommates, specified and agreed upon in advance may be invited to partake in enjoyment of the servant's services.
Servant is on call to pleasure and amuse female roommates. This includes pleasuring women to orgasm, body massages, foot massages, sex (servant will cum only with permission), foot kissing and licking, kneeling, serving as a chair, footrest, or “pony,” and allowing any form of cockteasing / stroking or maintaining of arousal as requested without promise of release.
Servant will perform other house chores as requested.
Servant will sleep in the manner requested by the female roommates. This could include sleeping at the foot of the female's bed, cuddling, or on the floor as “punishment”. Females agree to allow the servant an overall reasonable amount and comfort of sleep to maintain general health and energy.
When regular guests are present, and in times where regular “hanging out” is desired by the females, the servant's duties will not be in effect and he will act as a normal roommate.
Female roommates may require and instruct the servant to exercise. This may be done in an amusing way, such as nude pushups, kissing feet each time down. Situps, kissing feet or ass on the way up, exercising for incentives (# pushups = permission to cum), etc.
Females can generally employ their creative tactics to further amuse themselves with the servant. However, they agree to keep activity within common sense, and will respect the servant's honest requests to omit certain activities, whether discussed prior to, or during the acts.
Under no circumstances will any “sessions” or general household activity be recorded, photographed, etc. This living agreement is to stay secret between roommates out of respect.
Breaks from this game may be taken as desired by anyone involved. Everyone agrees above all to communicate openly, frequently, and deeply, keep an open-mind, and have fun as adults.
