How do you sleep?

Just a simple poll. How do you sleep - naked or dressed?
Naked meens completely naked. The other variant meens you wear at least underwear while sleeping.

I have created this poll loooong time ago on one of Russian/Ukrain forums, and the statistics was like this:

Spoiler: show: Naked - 45% (85 total votes)
Underwear/pyjamas - 55% (103 total votes)

There is one issue with girls though. Lots of them said that they sleep naked normally but wear something during the period. In that case - vote for naked, IMO.

Depends if I'm wearing my CB or not.. with the cage it's nice to have a bit more support at night so I'll wear underwear then. When I'm not wearing it I always sleep nakey. :3

What do I vote? =P

I guess naked. because that's how you sleep with no extra conditions, right?

I always sleeps in the nude, unless it is really freezing outide.

Well, overall I'd say the rates are pretty much the same.
It's actually surprising to me how many people wear clothes during sleep time. For me it always has been the time to rest and let the body rest, and so it does not involve some kind of clothing - it gets tired during the day already. So I always sleep naked.
I'd also say I heard a hygiene argument of it, i.e. it's not clean to sleep naked. But that was always a bit of puzzler to me, because during my whole life I never actually noticed some particular dirtiness of my bed, except for simple sweat that makes you change your sheets once a week anyway.

For me, on the other hand, it's suprising that so many people sleep naked. I think it strongly depends on the culture in which you grew up. I'm just used to sleeping in a loose t-shirt and underwear. I have made several attempts to sleep naked and fell asleep without problems. Actually it felt better, and the morning wood wasn't as distracting as usually too, but what always keeps me from doing so regularly is that I still live with my family (not moved out yet) and I can't go to the toilet in the middle of the night without putting anything on. So I guess that's just laziness.

Being a single parent of four ( three daughters).
Also I was brought up with no bedroom heating (ice on inside of windows)

True, there should be no particular cleanliness issues with sleeping naked. I prefer showering before bedtime rather than in the mornings, but that's more of a psychological thing than anything else.

Naked, and it's actually quite uncomfortable for me to sleep in clothes. I turn around a lot and i hate the pulling that creates. Even when we are at gf's parents house i sleep naked and pick a towel or something when i need to use the bathroom.
