Is it safe to wear chastity belt in sauna?

It can become really hot though. I remember in my village cottage when we use... vaporarium (i think?) which is like a very hot sauna where you use steam too to make it hotter - the heat can make metal things becoume untouchable. I haven't been in a classic European sauna though. But if your belt is metal... I don't know. I really don't think it will heat up, but it might. As for plastic CB series I don't think anything can happen to those.
Still, if you are concerned just take it off. It's OK if you don't jerk off, and take it on right after sauna. I don't think you'll loose any frustration or anything for the experience.

I would say that to fit a cage that was waiting in the sauna is a no no.

But to go into the sauna wearing one should be the same as wearing a watch.
Which is cautioned only because the environment can and does damage seals.

it can be quite hot in saunas. Women generally take lower temperatures, men higher. That's how it is in Russia anyway. All I can say it indeed can be almost scorching hot. But if you don't sit there for hours its ok. Don't know anything about the numbers though.

200 degrees is Fahrenheit of course, converted for the benefit of our American majority here, from 90°C

Here are the issues as I see them
first usually you are wearing little (bathing suit) or nothing in a sauna
so There is the issue of privacy unless this is a private sauna
Not sure you want others noticing you have a cage

second sweating the purpose of a sauna is to sweat.
a cb-x000 is a plastic cage so the cage itself will not be injured
nor will your balls because they are not in the cage
but I would recommend a good cleaning of your cage
so taking a jump in normal water .. like say the pool near the sauna would be something I would recommend.

if it is a clear cage excuse your self and do a thorough check
but I see no obvious immediate danger.. it would be the same as if you were exercising and sweating on a hot day with cage on.

Saunas are intended for short periods of time
So I think you could carefully try it for a short period I have never experimented with a sauna personally
I would not recommend a long stay until you know how both the hot air, moisture and sweat combine
with the plastic tub
there are small "air" holes .. but am not sure if your going in naked but for cage or not


The obvious downside is staying in a sauna a fair amount of time is
heating your balls up so that it kills sperm
this is with or without the cage.

human body has a very good heat-regulation system. Basically no part of your body will ever heat above 42 degrees, because at that point your body begins to die (protein folds at 42 degrees). And you'll feel really bad long before that. Even in sauna, surrounded by air as hot as 110-120 degrees celsium (I checked, apparently it's a common temperature in russia) your body temperature doesn't rise up too much. That's why I don't really believe in sperm degradation, unless balls are pressed to something really hot, which will not be the case likely.

As for sperm degradation i believe the heat only kills your current batch of swimmers, with no permanent damage.
I guess it's best to take it of anyways. It's not like I'm gonna do anything indecent in a public place like this...
