Just wanted to post a huge well done for your fabulous achievement - 2mths of t&d is a great result, especially without a dominant there to help you through.

But...: I am a bit afraid you are getting used to not cumming... are you really suffering MORE than 4 weeks ago? Because if you're not, there's no point in trying to hold it longer and longer. If your urge is not increasing, you can hold it as long as you want.
