Maybe it's a stupid question, but this night i've experimented something unusual. I've started a period of denial (no touching at all) last saturday and i'm planning to end it tonight. The only thing I'm not sure of is the part of being well hydrated. For the rest I slept with underwear and did long walks before going to sleep, sometimes quite 2 miles per walk. I was not edging in bed moreover. Anyway, thanks for the answer
