Anal Teases

Any good anal teases that use a metronome. Like the tease total throat destruction. Or how do you create a variable speed metronome. I like the idea of following along but having the speeds vary. I have used a metronome and then a random number generator. I will set a timer for 1 minute. The use the number genertor to determine what speed to use for that minute. Fun but would like a 5 minute loop that sped up and slowed down.
