The section on the front page that highlights the TOTM winner uses an automatic system. It displays the latest tease to be given the TOTM tag/badge. So to make sure that both classic and flash teases get equal time on the front page, the newest tease doesn't get tagged TOTM until 2 weeks after the contest is over.
