Hello,
I have dabbled with tease and denial for a few years now, but lately I haven't had any discipline, and I've been masturbating almost daily.
After reading some tantra teachings as well as some "living in the present" material, I've decided to continue my habits, but make a commitment to stopping before orgasm. I am not choosing a time period, but simply choosing to make this my goal every time I choose to pleasure myself. In this way, masturbation or sex will not be the road to orgasm, but will be a present moment to enjoy (presumably until I just can't take it anymore one day!).
I'm on day 3, which used to be no problem, but after daily masturbation for awhile I am finding this very exciting. The indefinite aspect is nice because I'm not waiting, just accepting, going with the flow (or lack of flow), and feeling the energy.
So what do you think? How long will this indefinite period last?

If you want some tips, motivation or (more) support, check out the subreddit /r/nofap. Lots of discussion; and guys and gals with the same goal there.
And good luck
Edit: On second thought those guys try not to masturbate at all, while you seem to want to do that, just not orgasm. Either way you might find something of value there.
