I know this was posted in January, but the best way I have found is simple hair bobbles.
Easy to use and you can use multiple to add more pressure. They work on balls as well.

Glad to hear someone else uses hair ties, I've been using them for years to tie up my balls and have yet to find anything better. They dont need to be tied or untied, you can double or triple them up or just add more of them for more pressure, and they dont rub and chafe the way normal rubber bands tend to.
Just make sure to look out for extremely restricted blood flow! dark blue or purple for more than a minute or 2 can cause serious damage
