cock hero rules question

I have a question concerning cock hero. I know this might be a stupid one but I need to know. :)
What is one beat in Cock Hero. Cause when I play one beat is stroke down and one beat is stroke up.
Or choke I do one up and down in a beat?
Stupid question I know. But want to play it right. Because when one beat is a stroke up AND one down I am sure I won't last 1 episode as in EVER lol

To answer your question.
I think one beat is one stroke.I never thought of it being differently.

Maybe someone else thinks the same as you do.
There are never any stupid questions.

I would agree one beat = one stroke (up and down)
