Per-user blocking?

This may have been discussed already but I'm drawing a blank on it.

Is there any chance of allowing us to block teases by certain people oursevles if we don't want to see them show up in the tease index?

The filtering by rating is handy, to be sure, but after a while, seeing a zillion low-ranked teases by the same person who pretty much as far as I can tell doesn't have much of a following here just makes the tease index page look like crap and disrupts the otherwise awesome community flow / feel this community's had for the past several years.

I'm all for freedom of expression, but I'm also all in favour of letting folks filter out stuff they don't want to see, too.

Just 2 cents.

I personally feel blocking does not solve the problem.
there has more than one individual.
it is just one currently.
