lost PM

I wrote a rather lentghly PM and when i hit preview it toldme to sign in. The PM was gone. Is there anyway i can get this back? God i hate computers !

try hitting the back button. i did the same thing

I have found from bitter experiences that I either set up a long piece of text in word or other similar .
Then copy and paste not deleting word until I am sure.
Other wise I will select all and hold on clip board for the same reasons.

I now use;
"Ditto"
clip board manager which holds more than the one item that windows does.
