For me this changes all the time. At the moment I'm of the opinion that orgasms are bad for me. Not really that they are bad just that its so so much better not to have one for a really long time. My wife and I have been playing with orgasm denial and when I've been without for a week or two it opens my eyes to a whole new world. The passion and intimacy that I get to enjoy while she's in the throws of orgasm is unreal and something I probably would have never experienced without being denied.
