1. Is it possible for a man to ejaculate (not really an orgasm or cumming) from having anal sex while in chastity? I've heard of stories where having the prostate is stimulated while the perinium is massaged can cause the body to ejaculate semen without stroking the penis. I was curious if this could happen while caged.
2. Can anyone explain electro stimulation or using a tens device on men for sexual arousal. Or rather is it soley for used for CBT?

I can't answer the second question but as for the first, yes it's possible.
I experienced this a few times during my submissive days. It can depend on the technique that your Mistress (Or Master) uses and also one your state of mind, because after all, if you're turned on enough not even CD's can stop you.

You can also achieve something more than just ejaculation caused by prostate stimulation. Though anal orgasms are much harder to achieve and require the submissive to be in the correct state of mind.
