You will need a cardboard tube
I used an old toilet paper roll (with no paper)
You will also need Duct tape (or gaffer tape)

Start with the tube and wrap the tape around under your balls (the base of your penis) and back up to the tube
Now wrap the tube ands secure it to the tape around your base tape
Now wrap around base to make sure you cover the previous tape and secure the tube
Crimp the end of the tube and Wrap the tape TIGHLY on the tube and make sure some overlaps the tape on your base.
Now wrap the base of your penis.

I think this will do

However I also did a warp around my balls stretching them just a little with the duct tape (gaffer tape)
And then secured this with a tight wrap around the base of my Penis

I only wore it Four hours but I am sure I could have worn it longer.

Note it is a REALLY good idea to be well shaved 9as I am) I am not sure about removing tape off of hair! lol

Actually it is not as big as it sounds.
If you think it is to large just cut the cardboard tube a little shorter.
Mine was tight enough

when you squeeze the tube and wrap it TIGHT!
if you wrap the tube correctly you will get squeezed when you get hard.

Instead of crimping it might be an idea to cut the tube down the middle lengthways and then you can overlap it to get it tighter then wrap it with the tape.

I made a chastity device using the following

medium size vitamin container
2" metal ring with clevis
leather straps

Unscrew the top off the vitamin bottle and take a razor blade and cut out the bottom of the bottle. It is advisable to use some rubber tubing or tape to go around the sharp edege of the bottle once the bottom is cut out. put two small holes on opposite sides of the bottle very near the bottom. Take the metal ring and place it below your cock and balls and put in the clevis pin once it is in place. A tight cock ring can provide the same thing. Take a small piece of leather strap, or shoe string and run through the holes in each side of the bottle. Place the bottle over your flacid penis and push down as far as possible. Then tie the leather to the ring as tight as you can on each side. The end of your penis should be pressed up to the top or opening of the bottle and this can allow you to do your business through the hole. This can be worn in public with very little buldge. It you use the correct size plastic pill bottle or vitamin bottle, it will be hardly noticable. This can be worn for extended periods very easily. I have pictures to share but can't put them here.
