Make my own ChastityD?

Okay I may have gone completely insane
But I am starting to very seriously think about creating my own
Chastity Device.

1) Cb-6000 Pinches me when I put it on, like- YEAOUCH -pinch
And when I would wear it a long time I had trouble, serious trouble pee-ing
So that I felt it would be dangerous to wear
and Then I am a bit thick, and probably should have bought a curve instead.
But I don't want something that long (Wish there was a short Curve)

2) My Crome Cock cage while I fit in well
and can wear it- is REALLY heavy
If I have to stand up for long periods of time
Which I do at work- The weight pulling on me even with underwear on
gets to be to much- and taking it off at work is-tricky at best

SO I am seriously contimplating making my own.

I mean after all if I am going to invest $400 to $500 dollars, yet again
I want something comfy.

So I was wondering if anyone has an alterative solution?
Or tips on how to make your own (if you have or have thought of it)

I see your looking at making your own, well I have seen the "bon4" chastity device I don't know if this would be an alternative for you, but it's lightweight at least and apparently very comfortable. I don't own one of this so I am unable to shed any truth on what they say about it maybe someone here has one?
