Alright, I am asking for a bit of help here.
I know some, perhaps even many, of you my fellow Milovanians have done long term denial
(more than a week)
I seriously could use your help.

Also I am struggling with daily Edges

I'm not into such a thing, but have only 1 advice that suits almost every activity: Don't overdo it. As I got it that's your first time for such a long time. So don't rush. Limit playing with yourself - that'll totally help. Also, don't pick too long denial term at first. It's better if you extend the time step by step, not just SUDDENLY descide on half a year denial after you'v done maximum of a week.

Also I should warn you, that this is bad for your prostate gland. Just the warning. The way you do it it's always in work but the liquids are kept inside - this is pretty bad in long-term (years) perspective.

ok yeah hiya Choc errm about smell if its the horny whiff i dont know what to suggest if its more a not so good smell you could try well i find making sure my balls are nice and shaven and all thats neat and tidy & baths seem to be the best way to keep everything aok and nice and pristine and using talcum powder too

if you have the chance, in terms of privacy etc; you could wash your cage in a handbasin every time you use the loo and therefore keeping it as fresh as poss

with the edges you could either ice off in between to help get you completely back to the start of the horny slope so to speak and or you could space them out more

You didn't specify the type of chastity device your are using so I'll keep it general. For cleanliness you can use the sports water bottles with the nozzles to direct the spray into locations needing a rinse. Get a large plastic glass from your local convenience stores drink section and use that as a bath for dunking your bits into.
