Preview not working in nyx editor?

Hi guys,

I've been trying to preview a new tease in the nyx editor today but only get a blank screen when I go to the preview tab. I get the same thing when I try and preview any of my already published teases.

Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

hi chewit,

i just tried it and had the same thing happen. looking at the running script on the left, it's reporting an error.

i have no clue on how to fix it....but i'm bummed 'cause i'm getting so close to finally finishing my tease.

btw...i think you make some great teases!

maybe you can answer a question for me? i'll make a page, add audio to it, save and preview and it's fine. then i'll work on other pages, but when i go back the audio line in the script is gone! any ideas?

I'm presuming that you're adding the sound 'manually' by pasting the sound commands directly into the script tab? I had the same problem at first, basically if you make any changes using the visual tab and click save it will overwrite the sound commands you have added. I normally write the whole tease using the visual tab, check it all works, then add sound etc at the end using the script tab, save it from there and then preview before publishing....hope that all makes sense.

yes, it makes perfect sense. i wondered if that was the case so i had already started working on that.

I hadn't tried until today, but preview is not working for me either.
Just a black page.
