Use youporn, empflix, tnaflix, or any of the hundreds of free adult video upload sites. Heck, just stuff it on megaupload or rapidshare. There is no excuse whatsoever to use youtube.
Furthermore, it's rude to the people who use youtube to have to have porn come up in searches. Don't think that just because someone isn't looking for it, that the search engine or sidebar won't crap it out at random. I shake my head every time I see "meninpain.com mistress in latex" show up when I'm looking at video game stuff.
And... if you do find something you like on youtube?
