supplements to make things tougher

I have been in LMJ's bb comp and I declared at the start I would take a few supplements to make things harder for her enjoyment.

This is not the definitive list, but it's pretty well rounded. So if any Mistresses would like to make their tease and denial harder for their pets, encourage them to take the following.

From research and experimentation, this is what I have found:

A multivitamin obviously as a start to make up for what your diet doesn't include

Zinc - this increases a mans load size (1-2 tablets a day, don't use long term e.g.6 months or a yr. cycle it, 8 weeks on, a month or two off)

Tribulus - you have to take the right amount (which is usually more than the label says - check some studies for a guide) but it raises your testosterone levels naturally and makes you really horny.

MACA - this will increase your load and make you hornier without increasing and hormones

Stinging Nettle Root - this will stop your testosterone binding and being converted to estrogen or DHT so you get hornier and it helps develop muscle/burn fat with your exercise will thickening up your hair.

Horny Goat Weed - this works similar to MACA.

With Trib, MACA and Horny Goat Weed, check some studies online to find the amount you should take to receive these effects as there have been studies on their affect on sperm count (load size) and libido (horniness).

Add these to some denial - say a week to a year or whatever the mistress prefers - and you won't believe how nuts it will make you.

I have been waking up leaking precum, constantly semi hard, constantly thinking of serving women.

where did you hear/read this, i am curious. i take suppememts too. all that you mentioned, but the stinging nettle root

Actually, something else to add to the list would be DIM. It metabolizes estrogen better and reduces the amount in your body. It also results in more free testosterone floating around you so it will add the experience.

they do as stated above...

if you can't understand - it all makes ur balls fuller and makes you hornier. So being denied becomes ALOT more harder. Harder than you can imagine to be honest. Blue balls hurt even before they become blue balls and when you do blow your load - LOOK THE FUCK OUT!

completely awesome in every way!

But cycle off the supps after 6 or 8 weeks just to make it easier on your liver and kidneys.

I heard lecithin increases cum and it seems to make me hornier.

was thinking about trying some of these untill i read this... im not very good at doing cycles like that... so is there eny supplemnts that i can use all the time without liver and kidenys being a issue?

edit : mostly interested in things that make me more horny... think Miss Jay enjoys that :-D
(and im not as horny as most guys to start with... might be something missing in my diet so could also have some health benifits :-D )
