Taken from another forum. That guy has some wicked ideas and it really reminds me of Lindsey and some of her ideas. It sounds really funny...

This takes some time but is definitely worth it once it is set up. Plus variations become more creative.

Requirements:
Rope x2
Anal toy with extend space not in anus and a plug at end (i.e 4 inches in, 3 inches out and plug at end)
Cucumber or dildo or something very large that represents a cock that can't be swallowed
Tape
Vibrator (Optional)
Best done in a closet with a coat hanger bar or another

Prep Work:
1. Attack one end of both pieces of rope to buttplug
2. Have slave kneel down on all fours.
3. Put cucumber into slaves mouth and have him hold it up by pushing against the wall. Forbid them to bite it. (The cucumber's end that is sticking out touches the wall but nothing else).
4. Insert anal toy in (remember to leave some out). Bring the two ropes between his legs, and now up and over the coat hanger bar until it is tight (don't pull much because it defeats the purpose). Tie one to one hand and the other to the other hand.
5. Now tell him/her if he/she drops the cucumber, or the anal toy, severer punishment will follow.

[This works perfectly if you have the anal toy touching one wall and the cucumber the other.

Purpose:
So this puts the slave in a catch 22 situation where he can't move much in any direction without inviting discomfort. If they lean foward, the cucumber will go further in. If they bring their hands down for comfort, anal toy will be inserted farther. They can't lean back and they can't stand up. A vibrator adds to the discomfort and will eventually make them move around more.

Simpler version:
Ignore the cucumber and the vibrator and just use the anal toy with the rope in an uncomfortable position. The whole point is if they move there
