Yes, I bought the size comparison set and tried out the different sizes.
The best one for my penis was the 45. Why? Because the 40 was clearly too small and the 49 was a little too big.
You're right, the electrode can slip off when the erection subsides.
But you have a Velcro fastener that you can use for extra security.
This prevents the electrode from falling off. I usually use it for between 60 and 120 minutes,
