network error:
(failed)net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
mianly beacuse of googleapis.com is blocked in some area.
related element in html head:
<script type="text/javascript" src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/j ... "></script>
maybe use another CDN or add more CDN host sites?

Where is this blocked? That should affect a huge number of sites. And if you are affected, how is it blocked? If it is blocked on DNS level enabling DoH in your browser will help.

But, it still needs some technical threshold (to install the extensions, or use grease/tampermonkey scripts), and too hard to implement on mobile devices.
