Though I noticed its over 7GB? That's defiantly more than it should be for a 30min-40min even with ultra high definition id think. You can use a program called "Handbreak" to re-encode your video to drastically reduce size while maintaining almost identical quality (Its what a lot of the regular creators here including me use). I am re-encoding now and I expect it to be under 2GB when im done. Someone around here has basic instructions in thier signature but all you need for significant savings is to just throw it into the program and click the big green encode button.
