Chaning username

It's time for me to change my username, which is not possible from the settings.
Is it possible to change it to JeanineThe1st ?

Hello,

I am neither a mod nor an admin, but I went through this a while ago, and it was not easy to get an answer.

Having said that, the only way to do it on this site (unless something has changed in the last few years) is to simply create a new account with your desired username and discontinue using your current account.

I'm sure that is not the answer you were hoping for, but that is the way this site is designed to the best of my knowledge.

The thing is that I don't want this name associated with this website anymore. Otherwise I wouldn't ask for a change name.

In your Profile is an option to delete your account, if you want including your posts. Maybe that's an option for you. After that create a new account with your preferred user name.
