Pretty straightforward question: I'm playing a webtease that "remembers" where I'm at so that I can click "continue tease" when I come back to it.
How do I reset it to the beginning and start over?

If the tease does not have a button to do that and you are logged in: you can't (well you probably could by faking the request EOS makes to the server).
If you are locked out, you can delete the web-storage in your browser (using DEV tools accessible via F12 usually). Or you can open an anonymous browser tab. They only store information temporarily. You will lose all progress after closing the tab again though.
