How do I add beat sounds?

Hi all -
I recently put together a compilation of my favorite clips of kink stuff with a meditative/trance music background. While it would be nice to figure out the beat bar too, that is far too advanced for what i want to learn right now. All I am wondering is the most efficient way to add super simple, metronome-sounding beats throughout the entirety of the video. I used my laptop's basic clip editor to make the video, so im not currently working with any sophisticated programs as an FYI to my level of skill here...
