Please remove if this is in the wrong place but I am just wondering where is the best place to discuss all things e-stim?

Peoples fave audio stim files, video creations, trode placement, HFOs etc?

Very interested to know which audio files people like the most and have the most luck with for HFOs, cheers

There's no perfect category. Maybe under Everything? I mostly hang out here because that's where most of the estim related content end up.

I recommend lots of experimentation on placement, surface area, and which wire goes where. Estim track creators often do a recommended placement, but it's really "whatever feels good". It's also good to switch up trode placement once in a while.

HFO's? For me, it's more about the journey, than the destination. Though the above tracks have been giving me multiple prostate orgasms, with just cock loops and a bipolar on the head. I mostly use a DIY box.
