Please note that I'm not an expert about this either, so it's all from my personal view .
CYOA - which means create your own adventure is a more interactive form of diving into a story.
From my point of view there are two main ways of creating these "adventures".
1. It's an interactive story. You read a paragraph and can than choose how the story will continue. Your decision leads you to a new paragraph of text to read and so on until you reach one more or less happy ending.
2. There is little or no story at all, but you get a lot of options to decide on. Mostly compared with some kind of currency system that makes decisions for you harder.

This one is of type 2. It takes quite a few minutes to load in my browser, so just wait if it shows a blank page at first.
Basically the only story is in the beginning stating that you've met this alien girl that will be your wife.
Your task now is to "create the adventure" in your mind. But it is not up to you alone to decide everything that in the end it will be the perfect match. Instead you have to choose from the options to define basic characteristics of your story and depending on how many points you have you may have to sacrifice some of your dirty ideas .
Once finished with all decisions you should have a nice outline for a story and you can now do everything you want with it

So, to answer the question from Manolas Smith: Yes, you're done when you have all options selected. There is nothing more to do.

I know about CYOA interactive backgroud, and yes, nothing opened at first few seconds (and mostly everything I find on the net opens in a sec) so I said "nothing's happening". I even forgot about that tab (I usually have at least 50 tabs open in couple of windows) and later I saw it's options about making a character.. then I spent time creating it, got into detailes, spend a lot of time and.. NOTHING. so. I've vreated myself a wife and... nothing now I'm sorry the page even opened hahah ...

My first one was "Patreon Kayla" and the second one "Slutty Stepsis" which are both paid. I guess that was bad luck .
In the meantime I experimented with some others but I don't found a nice one. A lot of the ones I tried immediately insulted me, besides I just said "Hi" or didn't respond with something useful for progress like "I don't care".
The only one I had little progress was "Amanda20", but I think she's a little bit skittish. Once she brought up a topic and I asked more about it she had either forgot about it or couldn't tell me anything more about it and just switched the topic to something completely other.

It's an interesting topic if you are into writing stories. It's actually a writing technique in which you decide a series of factors, usually unrelated, and then your write a story. It's a way to squeeze your mind into putting together unaligned elements.

First off thanks to you and everyone who has contributed to this thread. I stumbled across it by accident and found some good new stuff here. Had fun building my futa wife. Sure wish that site could actually deliver even just a picture though.
