Increasing pre-cum production
Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone knew any ways to increase precum production? I love tease and denial, and especially when I'm leaking precum, it's a huge turn on. But I've never managed to leak too much of it, so I was hoping to find a way to produce more. I've heard drinking lots of fluids and taking zinc supplements are supposed to help. Anyone know?

Thunder's place is the site you want to go to. For myself, I've used the following protocol in my morning coffee for well over a couple of years, and it seemed to work pretty well:
Boron (test booster)
Longjack
Pygeum
Oyster extract (lots of zinc, mild flavor to offset the longjack's bitter taste)
Citruline
Arginine
Creatine
In the end, this also doubles as my pre-workout drink, hence the creatine. I've added the sunflower lecithin also, but it's unnecessary. I'm really curious how this mix would work for someone in chastity, as it should have you dripping all day while in denial.

Thanks, this is quite a comprehensive guide, can't believe that guy tested all these out lol.OrgasmPhantasm wrote: Mon Jun 28, 2021 10:47 pm https://thunders.place/male-supplements ... rease.html
I'm a bit worried about testosterone boosters since I'm worried about losing my hair. That's a mighty pre-workout lol.tkct78 wrote: Tue Jun 29, 2021 1:21 pm Thunder's place is the site you want to go to. I went out today and bought some zinc and soy lecithin (couldn't find pygeum). Gonna start taking those, hope it works! Though it seems it can take like 4-5 weeks before you notice anything

I've had much better results with sunflower lecithin over soy. Just fyi.
Won't take 4-5 weeks. Maybe 1-2. Drink lots of water. Staying well hydrated is probably 60% of the game. No pills are gonna help if you're dry as a California raisin at high noon.

I'd be less concerned about test boosters quite honestly. We're not talking about synthetic hormones, and you'll have lots of benefits outside the bedroom from these supplements beyond just libido. Pick up a weight and you'll soon learn you need to get heavier weights. BTW, for a more full erection, arginine/citruline is helping with nitric oxide production, which is a potent vasodilator. Bacon is too interestingly enough, but that's a story for another day.forbiddendesire wrote: Wed Jun 30, 2021 6:52 pmThanks, this is quite a comprehensive guide, can't believe that guy tested all these out lol.OrgasmPhantasm wrote: Mon Jun 28, 2021 10:47 pm https://thunders.place/male-supplements ... rease.html

This. Go with the sunflower lecithin & stay away from soy. Period. Soy is a test destroyer. Unless you're really going for a full sissy experience and would rather to not have an erection again.OrgasmPhantasm wrote: Thu Jul 01, 2021 12:22 am I've had much better results with sunflower lecithin over soy. Ah I see, I couldn't find anything another than soy lecithin so I just went with that one. I'll try looking online or a different pharmacy for that.OrgasmPhantasm wrote: Thu Jul 01, 2021 12:22 am I've had much better results with sunflower lecithin over soy. Just fyi.

I do try to stay hydrated, I drink a good amount of water and plenty of tea/coffee as well. Love the expression btw lol.
Looks like I'm looking for sunflower lecithin lol. I've stopped doing weight training now but I still do yoga and stuff, testosterone boosters would be good for strength and stuff I suppose. I do think a little testosterone boost would be good, I feel my libido has dropped recently.tkct78 wrote: Thu Jul 01, 2021 1:07 pm

Re: Increasing pre-cum production
Im curious tkct78 - is that workout some sort of gym or "milo-workout" you mean?
Re: Increasing pre-cum production
The workout is a full on kettlebell workout with heavy weights. I'm currently swinging a 40kg bell with turkish getups about 3d/wk and doing a double routine with a pair of 20's. But let's not pretend there aren't some milo-workouts in there as wellsaint337 wrote: Thu Jul 01, 2021 7:34 pm Im curious tkct78 - is that workout some sort of gym or "milo-workout" you mean?![]()
NOW! Brands has a sunflower lecithin, which is what I used this past year. It doesn't mix well in water, and I found 1-tsp was plenty in my coffee using a handheld blender. Things were definitely thicker from it.
