Please enjoy my latest effort, PoleStim. My favorite pole dancing, good music, and Estim. Use the .wav file for the estim track. Use the .mp4 for regular audio and video. There are 11 segments, each 3 or 4 minutes long.

Sure they are sexy but these women are amazing athletes too (that's what I tell my wife, anyway).

Triphase:
L-tip
R-base or shaft
COM - ass or pad on spine

But, whatever you like best.
