I suppose there's a better place to make this kind of request under "On video" forum's "Who's that girl" thread. Anyway, just a hint that you will most probably find the name by using Google's picture search. Open google.com and select the picture search option from upper right corner. Then just drag and drop the picture you have into the search field.
