Are you sure the beats are actually for this video?
If you play them alongside the video, they don't align. I've tried matching their starting point but the speed doesn't match either. So I went ahead and stretched them so starting beat and last beat of beat file and video align, but nothing inside matches either. It feels like those were from a different video..

I'm sorry but I think you've uploaded the same wrong file.

Top is the beat file you've uploaded, bottom is audio taken from the video.
I've tried matching top to fit first beat for bottom one and then stretching it so that ends also match, but the beat patterns are just completely different.

As for the last round - I've created the beats by hand. Maybe they're not perfect but they should be "good enough".

So there's a lot of links that have been thrown around in this thread. Are any of these a "definitive" version with the fixed beats and the cast outro? Or is my best bet the one towards the bottom of the first page of replies? I ask because at 4.15 GB this is a pretty big download and it'll pretty much completely eat up my Mega quota for however long. I want to make sure I grab the right one :)

Oh... oh! I think I misunderstood what was going on here. From the chat in the thread it sounded like the beats were off in the video itself, but I guess it was just the provided wav file. Sorry for the confusion!
