Hi Milovana!
I've been working on a new tease and downloading a lot of pics from Hentai Foundry and other sites. A lot of them download as jfif and png files when saving. This slows down the tease writing a lot since EOS only takes jpeg files.
Does anyone have any suggestions for tools that can convert a large group of images to jpeg all at once instead of doing them individually?
Or maybe there's something like a browser extension that makes it so all images download as jpeg files.
Thanks!

https://www.irfanview.com/ has batch conversion features and is free.
I have used it to view images, not sure if I used the batch convert

I use GIMP which is a full feature open source graphics program like Photoshop. You can download a plugin for it call Batch Image Manipulation and it works great.

See "Save Image As Type" chrome extension:

Make sure you close/restart chrome, else it may not show up after install.

Re: [Question] JPEG Conversion Tools
I use IrfanView's batch conversion regularly and it is excellent. It can do a lot more than format conversion too, though I don't use the more advanced options very often.
Auto: Replaces selected instances of the word "not" with the word "definitely".

ImageMagick, if you're not afraid of the command line.
