Anyone know anything about flash

I was wondering if there was anyone who knew about flash openings for websites. I am a little lost on this one. I open up flash mx and get cofuzzled.

Anything in particular you want to know? I'm far from being an expert at it (really, really far), but have used it a bit. I found it to be a little tricky to learn... easier than learning a new programming language, but harder than learning a typical piece of software. On the plus side, there are a TON of things you can do with it, and if you look you might be able to find some free sample code that does much of what you want.
