Legal Situation in Germany

Hello there,

ive followed the Series What She Wants and it gives me the task to create a tease. My Problem is that i'm a little scared of the legal consequences. Because here in Germany its very costly if you get cought uploading any material you do not own. Has anyone experiences with that? Any sugestions?

If i use the TOR network the Milovana editor is not working...

One option is to use one of the photo sets that have been provided to the site by kink.com they are only available in the basic editor, so you won't be able to use them to create a flash tease, but they are there for this exact kind of situation.

Just using a normal proxy should be enough to hide your origin. TOR is overkill for most purposes. Remember however, that you already logged in with the same account.

That being said, you can also use e.g.

in the code instead of a pic tag. At least it works in the Nyx preview.

I guess from a legal point this should be perfectly ok, to use in a flashtease if it is ok in a normal tease (I copied the link above from a test gallery tease). I doubt that the license milovana got (theyhave one, right? :D) distinguishes there.
