Going for a month of denial

So.. i don't know where should i put this topic (story related forum or here)... lets get to the point.


I have never went more than 5 days whithout any release, which makes this atleast 30 days challenge quite hard for me. Main difference is that i've never created strong enough environment to make it longer. I've always failed because i was edging for too long and eventually "accidentally" ruined my orgasm, which i never left it there, i've always finished it. This time i decided i will be either doing teases from milovana (those who include mostly edging and stroking) and when the tease is over (no mather the outcome of the tease, i will not stroke myself to far) i will put my dick back into my pants and immediately go and do something else (since i am a web developer and server-side programmer, shouldn't be hard to make myself busy) or if i will edge free to my collection of girls which i created, i will set the timer on my phone to one hour (since most of the times i passed that one our, i never stoped till it was to late) and aswell after that timer is done counting down i will make myself go do something else.

I've also made simple html page which opens everytime i open my porn related account in chrome browser, which is basicly big red text "DO NOT CUM" folowed by some rules, to remind me every time when i go for the porn to make sure i keep it in.

Rules:
Edging daily (atleast 20 edges)
Either do tease or max one hour of edging to my collection
Put the penis away immediately, no more of that "one more edge and then im done".

I don't know, this seems like a really big deal for me, so i decided to share it with you guys. If you have any recommendations for my denial period, please write it down in the comments. Sorry if there's any grammar mistakes that i've done, my english writing skills are not really the best thing in the world :).
