Hmmm that´s an quiet interesting Quest and i do find it a bit weird, but somehow i look forward to how it goes, guess that might has to do with me trying this for over an year and a half without success at all, but i might should state to this time there where not much HFO Files, infact to my knowledge only IV´s Files and well the first problem i had was to get hypnosis to work, i am pretty open but if it goes to believing something then it get´s hard for me, cause i only believing in what i see or in this situation get to work, as long as i don´t get to experience it, i am not believing on it, that probably was one of the reason i had no success, atleast with hypnosis, cause you need to believe in it working, but enough of me rambling around and back to the reason why i really started to write this post, cause i might had no success with hypnosis to this time, but i did had success with HFo over another way, so here are a few thinks that might help:

-No touching might sound as if it would be helpful, but it´s not, instead you should build as much arousal as possible without going over, this ever building arousal will help you on your attempts with an HFO alot, of course you should not touch while attempting the HFO, but outside of it you should build your arousal as much as possible and well not touching is probably the slowest way...i am not saying that it don´t works this way, but it probably will take way longer...

-The way you breath is important, since i am not allowed to listen to other Hypnotists due to my Owner, i can´t tell if you get advice on this in the File you use, so i am just stating this here to be sure, try to breath steadily no matter what happens...

-At somepoint you might find your Body shake, in the first place that´s a good sign, but do not get carryed away on this, it´s very easy to get lost on it, if your Body starts to shake try to not focus to much on it, just make sure that it don´t get´s out of control, a slight shivering, trembling, shaking is ok, but if it´s get´s out of control and you start to shake like a fish on land, it´s pretty much over with your attempt on an hfo, cause at this point it´s a sign that you got distracted by your body and tryed to force yourself...
