I think the idea behind this was if a video was to hard for you to complete the first time you were watching it but you didn't cum, you would be given a 'perk' to make it easier to get through the next time you tried it, to try and make completing the video eventually achievable for everyone. You would still lose that run through but make the next one slightly easier where as if you let yourself go over the edge then no help for you.

I just heard about this Cock Hero game thingy yesterday, but I'm still not sure on all the rules. "Stroke = full up and down" Does that mean your hand should be at the base of the cock and on a beat you go up then down? Or do you start at the top and go all the way down on a beat then back up? And is going all the way up mean you have to go until your small finger (a.k.a. the pinky) is at the tip of the cock? Because that might be an issue with the cock kind of falling out of place when you try to go back down. Also things you should be using or what is not allowed. I think you're overthinking the whole thing... Once you start going it's a lot less "Am I doing this right?" and more focusing on the beats and the hot sexiness on your screen.
