General usage is to refer to a transgendered woman who retains a penis. I wouldn't recommend it, though.

lol i think they can still feel pleasure so it does "work" in that sence but it cant give birth or anything, not sure how they orgasm though, don't know how it all works, i dont want to know either, just seems so wrong to do that to a penis! hehe
