Tira to the rescue!
If this is what you read, it's the third post from the bottom.

This sounds like it might be dangerous. Those rings are very small. Be careful.

Tira demands it. And the Princess' affection couldn't hurt either. Well, it probably can.
So in summary - http://www.princesschristie.com right now.

Thank You both so much. This is it but I don't think I would have ever found it in the middle of the post like that.
Re: Need some help. bottle top rings
Instead of bottle top rings I's suggest rubber o-rings. You can get them at most hardware stores in sizes from .25 inches to 3-four inches. They are cheap, they won't cut like plastice rings can, you can get whatever size you need (work pretty wel for cockrings too).
Re: Need some help. bottle top rings
i have used those before too. I don't know. Something about the bottle rings. Maybe its that they are a household item. I din't buy them for that purpose. It just worked out that way. Then there is the colors thing. The o-rings wouldn't have teeth. That's a good thing. (& bad maybe)

Re: Need some help. bottle top rings
I have used them before as well. I suggest a ring from a milk carton or gatorade bottle. They are bigger but still have the "teeth" that were discussed. The rings from a soda bottle are much smaller. With a bit of careful manipulation I can get one just over the head, but thats as far as it will go, whereas a ring from a gatorade bottle can go all the way around the base when flaccid, but tightens up nicely when aroused. Hope this helps
Re: Need some help. bottle top rings
& i have to admit, the pop bottle size is better for me. Snug when flaccid. Very tight when hard. (Too tight then but not dangerous too tight just too tight) In other words, as in all things, to each there own. & practice 1st.
